At Practo we are constantly helping doctors make healthcare simpler. A lot of our product updates and features are made from the inputs provided by our customers. But then, are doctors the only people who use our software?
This is the one question that got us thinking and led to the creation of Practo Customer Clinic (PCC) – a training session that taught receptionists how to use Practo in their day to day activities at the clinic. It was something that no one had tried before, but still felt so right.
PCC hit the road in the month of August. For starters we decided to conduct it in different parts of Bangalore. The two hour workshops included informative training sessions that covered some of the most popular features and queries that our support team frequently came across.
Three sessions down, we’ve learned a lot from our users. Interacting with our customers and seeing them use our product gave us huge insights. So we decided to take a break and make PCC much more effective, interesting and interactive.
For the past two weeks our team has been on it. We’ve been busy making videos, cheat sheets and so on. We will be coming to your part of Bangalore soon. Watch this space for more scoop on what happens next.
