FY25 marked a major milestone in Practo’s journey — our first full year of profitability, sustained over six consecutive quarters. With ₹3,500 Cr+ in gross merchandise value (GMV), ₹234 Cr in revenue, and ₹15 Cr in operating EBITDA, we’ve demonstrated that digital healthcare can scale with both impact and financial discipline.

International Expansion: UAE Growth Momentum
In FY25, we expanded our consumer-facing services in the UAE, launching in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah. Within weeks:
- 50,000+ monthly users onboarded

- ₹100 Cr GMV annual run rate achieved
We are on track to reach 10% annual user penetration in Dubai — reinforcing global demand for accessible, digitally-enabled care.
What Lies Ahead in FY26
We’ve identified three priorities to guide our efforts in FY26:
- Use AI to improve health outcomes for both patients and providers
- Double international revenue, building on the UAE launch and new market pilots
- Grow profitably, with sustained double-digit growth in core offerings

From smart search and symptom triage to real-time feedback for doctors, AI will continue to enhance our platform’s intelligence and impact.
Enabling Care for Underserved Communities
Through the #Mission10kCataracts initiative by Practo Foundation, we enabled 700 free cataract surgeries in FY25, positively impacting over 1,200 lives. In FY26, we aim to deliver 1,000 surgeries in Karnataka and Telangana as part of our broader commitment to equitable healthcare.
Closing Note
FY25 was a pivotal year — one that validated our long-term strategy and reaffirmed our mission: to improve healthcare outcomes using technology, while growing responsibly and sustainably. As we look ahead, we remain focused on building a future-ready digital healthcare ecosystem — one that serves patients better, supports providers meaningfully, and scales globally with purpose.
