Hence, we are deeply honored to announce that Shri C.K. Mishra, former Union Health Secretary, Government of India, has joined Practo’s Board of Directors as an Independent Director.
A Legacy of Public Service
Shri Mishra’s career is a masterclass in systems leadership. With 37 years in the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), he has spearheaded some of the world’s largest public health programs. During his tenure as Secretary for the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, he led the charge in strengthening India’s massive health ecosystem, navigating the delicate balance between policy, infrastructure, and delivery.
For him to choose Practo as his first association with a healthcare company since his retirement in 2020 is both a privilege and a powerful validation of our mission.
