We are delighted to welcome Srijesh Kumar as our Global Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO).
In this role, Srijesh will lead our entire product and technology function, uniting engineering, product development, and data to further embed intelligence into every layer of our platform. He joins at a transformative phase for Practo as we accelerate the integration of AI across the entire healthcare journey.
Our goal is to leverage Practo’s deep healthcare data to deliver more consistent, adaptive, and measurable outcomes for patients and providers alike. Srijesh’s expertise is pivotal in steering this next chapter of platform evolution as we scale across global markets and enhance the patient and provider experience at scale.

Srijesh brings over two decades of experience building and scaling large-scale, enterprise-grade platforms. He joins Practo from Salesforce, where he served as Vice President, leading product engineering for loyalty and marketing excellence within the Industries Cloud. Previously, he spent years at Expedia Group, building and leading distributed teams across core travel platforms, helping integrate acquisitions and scale systems globally. He has also held leadership roles at Punchh, Adobe, and Microsoft.
His appointment follows the recent addition of Cijo George as VP of AI, reinforcing our continued investment in strengthening technology leadership for the next phase of our growth.
When asked what drew him to this new challenge, Srijesh shared: “What drew me to Practo is the opportunity to work on problems that have a real, human impact at scale. Healthcare is one of the most meaningful areas where technology can make a life-changing difference, not just in improving access but in reducing suffering and enabling better health outcomes.”
